With a career spanning 25 years, Olivier Fichet, from OLIFI Conseil, is a coach, trainer and international consultant for executives and teams from industry organizations, services and healthcare. He intervenes in particular in support of General Management & Management Committees, Operational Departments, HR and Finance.

Industrial Engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris and mechanical engineer from the University of Aachen in Germany, is a specialist in LEAN and continuous improvement according to the Toyota approach and taught 6 Sigma at the university McGill. Olivier Fichet is now focusing on "Quick Response Management".

Its know-how combining the empowerment of people to the rigorous deployment of methods and techniques has stimulated productivity gains of up to 30%, the eradication of quality problems, 40% waiting list reductions to achieve more 95% customer satisfaction. On his own since 2 years, Olivier Fichet has been on the board for 8 years. At FUJITSU, a world leader in information technology, he was the Regional Director of the Business Council for Eastern Canada. He has often obtained marked appreciations from his clients, such as at COGECO, a cable television and internet company, or A. LASSONDE, the Canadian leader in fruit juices.

Prior to the board, Olivier Fichet was LEAN manager of the 25 factories in the supply chain of NORTEL, a global telecommunications giant. He has also successfully completed complex supply chain transformation projects in America, Europe and Asia. Previously, at RENAULT in France, Olivier Fichet was head of the manufacturing team, before joining the industrial strategy. He started his career at the French Embassy in Canada.
